Information we collect
What you give us
The request form asks for your name, phone number and email, the company name, along with your response to the consent wording. Calls, texts and visits add whatever you choose to tell us.
What is collected automatically
When you visit, our hosting and service providers receive routine technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages viewed and the time. Cookies other than strictly necessary ones are set only if you agree in the cookie banner.
What partners may tell us
After a partner receives your request, it may tell us how the request is progressing.
The request form is run by a third party
The form on this site is embedded from LeadConnector, part of the GoHighLevel platform, which receives and stores what you enter on our behalf. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated spam. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
How we use information
- to work on your request and discuss which funding fits;
- to share the request with lending partners for their review;
- to contact you by phone, email or text within the consent you gave and the SMS terms;
- to operate, secure and improve the website;
- to meet legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use.
Who receives information
Lending partners
Working on a request means sharing its details with partners that offer the type of funding involved. Each partner uses them for its own review, may contact you directly, and follows its own privacy policy.
Service providers
Companies that operate our form, hosting, phone and messaging may process information for us.
Legal reasons
Information may be disclosed where a law, subpoena or court order requires it, or to protect safety or our legal rights.
Change of ownership
If Sandland Credit is sold, merged or reorganized, information may pass to the new owner as part of the business.
Cookies and your choice
On your first visit a banner asks what you allow. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off unless you agree, and the cookie settings link in the footer lets you change your choice. Once loaded, the request form may set its own cookies.
Text messages
A mobile number provided with consent is used for texts about your request. Reply STOP to end them or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to a small business. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep Social Security numbers, account numbers and bank statements out of ordinary email and text messages.
